1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Audio Studio application on your iOS device, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please remove and uninstall the application from your device.

2. Scope of License

Alion Tech Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Audio Studio on any iOS device that you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with the rules set by the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, or rent out the software code or components of Audio Studio.

3. User-Generated Content & File Responsibility

Because Audio Studio operates strictly offline, you assume full responsibility for your files and operations:

Local Processing: You represent that you own or have obtained the necessary legal licenses, permissions, or copyrights for all audio and video tracks that you import, extract, trim, shift, convert, or merge using the tools.
Offline Security: Since Alion Tech Studio does not host files, we cannot recover or back up your tracks. Loss of files due to device damage, application deletion, or OS updates is the sole responsibility of the user. We recommend maintaining external backups of your audio files.

4. Audio Studio Pro Upgrade

Audio Studio may be downloaded for free, with optional core tools and visualizers. You may unlock the full feature library by completing a secure one-time In-App Purchase processed by Apple:

Pricing: Purchase prices are clearly displayed in-app prior to payment confirmation.
Refunds: All transaction processing and refunds are handled exclusively by Apple Inc. in accordance with App Store guidelines. We do not process refunds directly.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Audio Studio is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. Alion Tech Studio does not guarantee that the application's audio tool operations (such as tempo scheduling, format transcoding, or chromatic pitch calculations) will be 100% error-free or suited for critical professional production situations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alion Tech Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the application.

6. Term Updates & Contact

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the application following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
